Refurbishing Work-Ready Office Development

30 Brock Street is a contemporary office space in Regents Place, British Land’s 13-acre campus located in London’s Knowledge Quarter.

Stace delivered the CAT B fit-out of six floors of the 21,000 sq ft development, creating a contemporary workspace space, separated into self-contained occupier spaces across each floor.

The fit-out includes the reconfiguration of the space and a full refurbishment of the reception area, replacement floor finishes, redecoration of walls and woodwork, and LED lighting upgrade.

A significant portion of the furniture at 30 Brock Street has been remanufactured or reused, and the furnishings across the floors consist of remanufactured and reused items.

30 Brock Street reached practical completion in August 2025.
