Background

One of the largest regeneration projects in the country, Wembley Park is a vibrant and dynamic development from Quintain.

Stace are currently delivering major residential and mixed-use projects as part of the second stage of regeneration, which includes; BoxPark, NW07+08, W03, E01/02, NW09/10 and Canada Gardens.

Wembley Park’s masterplan has secured over £1.7 billion of investment, promising the delivery of over 7,500 new homes and 8,000 new jobs by 2027.

To date, we have successfully completed several developments and infrastructure projects, including: residential development Emerald Gardens (NW01), NW06 Alto, the capital’s only Designer Shopping Outlet (LDO), Hilton London Wembley and Wembley Arena.

Our Role

For the past 15 years, Stace has provided Project Management, Cost Management, Contract Administration, CDM Advisory and Party Wall Surveying services in the delivery of over 3.5 million ft² of space throughout the 85 acre site.
