Taylor joined London’s Building Surveying Team in 2024 and completed her Business Administration apprenticeship in July 2025.
 
She supports the team by ensuring all reports are QA’d before being issued to clients, checking building surveying fees, issuing invoices, and helping the London Office Admin team where needed.
 
Outside of work, Taylor is passionate about arts and crafts, finding it a great way to decompress. She’s an avid crocheter and has created several masterpieces, including a huge 60+-part patchwork cardigan and several jumpers for her dog, Arthur.

Martin Ford

Divisional Director
Martin has worked in the construction industry for over 35 years, joining Stace in 1987 after leaving school. He graduated in 1993 with a degree in Quantity Surveying and became RICS chartered in 1997.
 
Based in our Cambridge office as Divisional Director in the Cost Management team, Martin has worked on a range of projects—from warehouses to supermarkets, heritage buildings, restaurants, and film studios.
 
Citing his passions within his role, he enjoys the early stages of a project, where budgets are established and cost models are developed for new schemes. Of recent, he has embraced the role of mentor to younger members of the team, who come to him for advice—and occasionally, a shoulder to cry on.
 
In his spare time, Martin enjoys live sport, especially rugby union and motorsport, along with his rediscovered passion for motorcycling—having recently completed a 2,000 mile round trip to northern Spain.

Louis joined Stace in 2021 as an apprentice and is now in the fifth year of his apprenticeship, currently studying at London South Bank University.

Throughout his time with the company, he has gained valuable experience working on high-profile projects including Wembley Stadium, the British Museum, and The Arch Company Framework.

Outside of work, Louis is a passionate supporter of Leyton Orient FC, he proudly holds a season ticket and considers himself a devoted fan.

Aaron Clarke

Senior Project Manager

Aaron has worked in the industry for over a decade, beginning his career after graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Land Planning and Development. His first role, with a retirement village developer in New Zealand, provided valuable insight into residential development and stakeholder engagement. He later transitioned into planning consultancy and subsequently into project management, joining the development team at New Zealand’s largest supermarket company, where he led and supported a range of retail projects.

After relocating to the UK in 2019, Aaron joined Stace as a Project Manager and has continued to grow professionally ever since. He has worked across a diverse portfolio of projects and services, collaborating with clients such as McLaren Property, City of London Corporation, Enfield Council, and IQ Student Accommodation. He thrives on the dynamic nature of project management, bringing teams together, solving complex challenges, and delivering outcomes that make a tangible impact.

Born in London, Aaron moved to New Zealand at the age of eight, before returning to the UK as an adult.

Away from the office, Aaron enjoys supporting his favourite football team, Arsenal FC, spending time with his family, cooking, travelling, and playing social sports.

Paul has over 25 years of experience in the retail marketplace, having worked with companies such as B&Q, Asda-Walmart, Capita, and Tesco.

He began his career at B&Q as a Furniture Manager and progressed to EPOS Field Manager, where he was responsible for opening new stores across the UK. After leaving B&Q, Paul joined the Contractors Market Place and later moved to Stace in 2021.

Paul brings expertise in self-service checkouts, project management, in-store initiatives, and retail re-fits. In his current role, he works on the Tesco account, overseeing stores across Scotland and the northern regions.

When not managing projects, Paul enjoys spending time with his family and travelling. He’s also a keen golfer, playing off a handicap of 8.

Having worked as a retail manager, Dan moved into retail planning and construction in 2014. Joining Stace in 2022 with a wealth of food and non-food retail projects under his belt, Dan jumped into a Tesco Express store programme before moving to the pre-construction side of the business. 

Today, Dan is responsible for liaising with developers, landlords, and clients, developing lease packs, and supporting with site monitoring and risk management. He still gets a kick out of seeing a new retail unit open its doors to customers, knowing the journey it’s been on to make that day happen. 

In his spare time, Dan has been actively involved in school governance for 20 years and is currently Director of an academy trust in Thurrock, supporting the education of over 2,000 primary school pupils.

With a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (1st Class Hons) under her belt, Florence spent five years working as a Structural Engineer in Wellington, New Zealand, gaining experience in both design consultancy and with a main building contractor.

In 2024, she moved to London and transitioned into project management with Stace, where she has worked on residential and education projects for clients including Summix Capital, the City of London Corporation, and Homes England.

Florence's main responsibilities include working with developers, clients, consultants and contractors to build and maintain strong working relationships, drafting technical reports and preparing programmes, recognising and managing project risks and reporting to clients.

Her passions include supporting women in sport and travelling. She can often be found exploring new places across the UK or hopping over to somewhere in Europe at the weekend.

Harrison joined Stace in 2021 straight from school as a degree apprentice. He began his studies at Anglia Ruskin University in 2022 and is on track to complete his degree in December 2025. Following graduation, he plans to begin his journey toward chartership.

He enjoys socialising and building his network within the industry, always keen to connect and learn from others.

A dedicated Millwall supporter, weekends are usually reserved for football—you’ll find Harrison down at The Den every Saturday.

Kirsty initially joined Stace in 2023 as maternity leave cover but was subsequently offered a permanent role.
 
With eight years of experience in the recruitment industry, including four years in internal recruitment and HR, already under her belt, Kirsty is working towards her CIPD Level 5 to further enhance her expertise.
 
In her day-to-day role she is responsible for supporting the recruitment process, onboarding new team members, helping coordinate learning and development opportunities for all colleagues, and HR Administration. She also supports with planning company events.
In her downtime she loves spending time with her niece, and selling on Vinted!

Joe began his career as a contractor where he gained on-site experience across a range of projects. This practical grounding gave him a strong understanding of construction delivery and site operations, invaluable in his work today.

Having achieved his RICS chartership, he moved into consultancy, joining Stace in 2022.

He’s played a key role in developing the QS offering in Birmingham, delivering projects across residential, commercial (new build at Cat A/B fit outs), hospitality, and programme management for major commercial clients. 

Joe has a passion for seeing a project from inception to completion. He particularly enjoys the tangible results at the end of a build, getting a real satisfaction from delivering a project that meets client expectations and is well-received by the end users.

At the weekend, you can find him on the padel court or playing a round of golf.

Having started his Building Surveying journey at the University of Reading in 2017, Frankie graduated in 2020 and joined a small architectural practice as an architectural technician, before moving to Stace's Building Surveying Design team as a graduate building surveyor in 2022. Frankie proudly completed the Stace Graduate Development Scheme in 2024, and is preparing for his APC submission.

Frankie has worked with numerous clients, including BDO, Enfield District Council, Essex Fire & Rescue Service, Harlow District Council, Merlin Entertainments, the National Trust, and Newlon Housing Trust. He is responsible for drone inspections, design and specification, condition surveys, contract admin, employer’s agent services and planning applications.

In his free time, Frankie is passionate about travelling, skiing, hiking, spending time with his family, health, and wellbeing. He is also the vice captain of the Epping 11-aside team (who's most recent victory was a 8-4 victory against london).

Tony began his career in the construction industry in 2006 as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor at Summers-Inman, where he laid the foundation for his skills in cost planning, tendering, and contract administration. This early exposure gave him a solid grounding in the fundamentals of quantity surveying across various sectors.
 
Having spent three years at Wilby & Burnett, expanding his experience into education and public sector projects, Tony joined Stace in 2011, becoming Partner in 2022.
 
Throughout his career, Tony has remained committed to delivering value, maintaining integrity, and fostering innovation.
 
Now, as Partner, Tony mentors and develops future leaders, sharing his journey and instilling his commitment to client outcomes. He also leads client relationships and major project commissions across multiple sectors with clients including Merlin Entertainment and McLaren Property.
 
In his spare time, Tony is passionate about photography, particularly street photography—a hobby that began during the initial Covid lockdown.

Charlie Voyce

Trainee Project Manager

Charlie joined Stace in 2025 as a Trainee Project Manager, on our apprenticeship scheme, shortly after completing his A-Levels.

He had previously undertaken work experience at Stace over the two years prior, which helped solidify his interest in the industry. Inspired by his father, who is also a Project Manager, Charlie spent time visiting sites from a young age, sparking a passion for the built environment.

In his role, Charlie supports the Project Management team in delivering and managing projects to successful outcomes. He works closely with developers, contractors, consultants, and clients to build strong working relationships, while also inspecting and recording the quality and progress of works on site.

He is currently involved in a sustainable office refurbishment project for British Land.

Outside of work, Charlie is a dedicated Tottenham Hotspur supporter.

Kelly Scott

Kelly has worked in the industry for 20 years and joined Stace in 2017. Now, PA to Partners Glyn, Gareth and Stuart Syddell, Kelly also keeps the London Office running smoothly. 

She leads the admin team, supports onboarding for new team members, and manages client and staff events, including corporate hospitality alongside a wide range of other responsibilities that support the smooth running of the business.

Outside the office, Kelly is a keen travel, exercise, music, and gigs enthusiast and loves good food, wine and all things similar that East London has to offer.

At the weekend, you can find her on a run somewhere in London trying to convince herself that she enjoys running!

George came to Stace in 2022 during his placement year whilst studying at UCL's Bartlett Faculty of the Built Environment. He returned in 2024, after completing his degree and graduating with first-class honours.

He currently manages a key enabling works project that feeds into the wider British Museum Energy Centre Programme, which Stace has been appointed to deliver.

George is passionate about working in heritage settings, particularly within live buildings and busy tourist attractions. He takes pride in mitigating disruption to the visitor experience wherever possible.

Outside of work, George enjoys playing and watching sports, especially football and tennis and spending time with family and friends. A lover of live music, he can often be found attending gigs on the weekend.

Having worked for Tesco until 2015, Les set up his own project management business, where he worked with Dominos, Novotel in Canary Wharf, and student accommodation for Oxford University, as well as Tesco, which brought him into contact with the Stace team, which he joined on a permanent basis in 2019. 

Today, he is Senior Project Manager on the Tesco account, focussing on new store spaces, refurbishments, and maintenance projects.

Over the past two years, Les has particularly enjoyed supporting Co-op —covering long-term construction manager absence and contributing to a pre-construction project. He’s also been involved with projects for Asda, site monitoring tasks, and Tesco Development..

Passionate about delivering excellence in construction, Les thrives on getting work done right the first time.

Away from the office, Les is a devoted Formula 1 and a big Lewis Hamilton fan, and enjoys spending weekends with his family.

Billy joined Stace in 2022 as a Graduate Project Manager, after earning an MSc in Building Surveying and Facilities Management, following a career in Higher Education and as an international expedition leader.

At Stace, he’s worked with clients including BT, Silverstone, and Stoneleigh Park, thriving on the challenge of aligning diverse stakeholder priorities, experiences, and perspectives to achieve successful outcomes. 

Billy is passionate about getting to know his client organisation, understanding how they operate, and developing processes that help drive projects forward. He also loves a good spreadsheet.

Outside of Stace, Billy has guided Land’s End to John O’Groats bike rides, night ascents of Ben Nevis, and has twice lead school groups in successful ascents of Kilimanjaro. He’s also circumnavigated the Isle of Arran in a kayak and crossed Scotland in a Canoe.

Adrian Murray

Adrian is a seasoned Project Director who has been a key part of Stace since 2005, bringing two decades of leadership and technical expertise to the organisation.

Originally from New Zealand, with a background in Mechanical Engineering, Adrian arrived in the UK following an enriching period of travel. He has since built a distinguished career in project delivery, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement.

Adrian holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Auckland, NZ, and is a Member of the Association for Project Management. His passion for precision and collaboration, combined with an infinite mindset, has enabled him to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects across a range of sectors with a focus on quality, innovation, and long-term value. Delivering for clients such as BT Group, McLaren Automotive, Jaguar Land Rover and Tesco.

Outside of work, Adrian is a volunteer with Warwickshire and Solihull Blood Bikes, supporting urgent medical transport services. He is also a dedicated advocate for health and fitness, enjoying resistance training, cycling and canoeing with some national success.

His global perspective and adventurous spirit continue to inform his approach to leadership and problem-solving.
