On Monday, 8 December 2025, we celebrated the topping-out ceremony for Meridian Two, a development within the Meridian Water regeneration scheme, marking the completion of the main building frame.
As part of Enfield Council’s long term regeneration programme and one of London’s largest regeneration projects, Meridian Water Two will bring new life and much-needed housing to Edmonton.
Construction is well underway on 274 affordable homes, alongside new commercial spaces for local people and businesses. This transformation will create opportunities for new shops and commercial sites, improve roads, and add new bus stops. The investment will benefit local businesses, generate jobs, and open apprenticeship opportunities for the community.
Stace has been involved in the programme since its inception, including providing Project Management, Quantity Surveying & Building Surveying services on Meridian 1A, which is due for completion early next year, and Meridian 1B, currently in the planning and design stage. Stace is also responsible for the Construction Management System function, which promotes a collaboration culture and assists with the coordination and management of inter plot construction interfaces across the Meridian Water programme.
Stace is delivering Project Management, Building Surveying and CDM services.
