We offer placements throughout the year providing the unique opportunity to shadow professionals and gain hands-on insight into the construction industry across a range of disciplines, including Project Management, Building Surveying, and Quantity Surveying.
Our Next Gen Programme, supported by the Construction Youth Trust, is a week-long period of work experience for Year 11/12 students across our Birmingham, Epping, London, and Cambridge offices.
Kicking off with an employability workshop, delivered by Construction Youth Trust, designed to help you put yourself ahead of your peers, you’ll also be introduced to our business and meet some of the Partners within the company.
On the second day you will begin working with our project delivery teams straight away – experiencing first-hand how our industry works, and gaining an understanding of the projects we are delivering in the UK and the challenges and opportunities that can arise.
