Apprenticeships
We offer apprenticeships in various disciplines, including Project Management, Quantity Surveying, and Building Surveying. Enjoy funded education while earning a salary and gaining hands-on experience in your chosen field.
If you’re looking to start a career within the built environment, our apprenticeship programme offers a competitive salary from your first day, whilst you learn from leading professionals on live projects across the UK.
You don’t need a degree to start a successful career in our industry as we are currently offering chartered surveying degree apprenticeships as well as apprenticeships within business administration.
When you join our apprenticeship programme you will also be given the opportunity to be part of our graduate scheme to complement your professional development.
Graduate Development Scheme
This two-year programme is for individuals who have completed their professional qualifications. It focusses on developing both technical and soft skills, supporting participants in their journey to becoming chartered.
Choosing your first role in the profession is an important decision. You need to find the organisation best suited to you which will also challenge and provide opportunities to develop your career.
Stace is a RICS-accredited company with an approved structured training scheme. We continually invest in our people, and this includes enrolment on a two-year graduate development scheme which provides the launchpad for the start of your career.

We expect our graduates to obtain chartered status, so we are ideally looking for a RICS-accredited degree (although we will consider applications from graduates with degrees outside of property and construction).

- Technical excellence and passion for their chosen discipline
