Stace welcomes Gaby Noimark to the Neighbourly Matters team

We are pleased to welcome Gaby Noimark to Stace as Head of Neighbourly Matters within our Building Surveying team in London, further strengthening our specialist neighbourly matters and party wall offering.

Gaby joins Stace with extensive experience advising on a wide range of high-profile developments and property projects. Throughout his career, he has worked on high-end residential properties in Chelsea, alongside major commercial developments around Tottenham Court Road and New Bond Street. He is also a member of The Pyramus & Thisbe Society, reflecting his commitment to professional excellence within the sector.

The appointment marks a significant step in the continued development of Stace’s Neighbourly Matters and Party Wall service, strengthening our ability to support clients from early project planning through to construction and completion.

We already advise on Neighbourly Matters across a wide range of projects and see significant opportunities to grow this work, both as a standalone service and alongside our wider project delivery. With specialist experience managing access arrangements, condition surveys, party wall matters and wider neighbourly issues, Gaby brings a well-rounded perspective that will strengthen the advice we provide to clients and the support we offer project teams across the business.

On joining Stace, Gaby said:

“What attracted me to Stace is the calibre of projects the business delivers and its fantastic reputation. My ambition is to grow the Neighbourly Matters team while embracing new technology along the way. One opportunity is to modernise schedules of condition using 360-degree cameras. I’m looking forward to working with everyone.”

We are delighted to welcome Gaby to Stace. His experience across both residential and commercial development, combined with his enthusiasm for innovation and team growth, will further strengthen our Neighbourly Matters offering and support our continued growth in this area.
