Stace has appointed Martin Quinn as Director of Commercial Workspace, reinforcing our commitment to growing our presence in the London commercial office market and expanding our capability to deliver larger, more complex workplace and development projects.
Martin will join Stace in October, bringing extensive experience in the delivery of major office and mixed use developments across central London. He joins from Great Portland Estates, where he spent nearly two decades, most recently as Head of Project Delivery, overseeing its pipeline of development projects.
Martin has chosen to return to the hands on delivery of projects, while sharing his considerable commercial office development expertise with the wider Stace team.
The appointment reflects our ambition to build on our strong track record in the sector and strengthen our position in the market for high profile commercial developments. Recent projects include 40 Broadway, 20 Giltspur Street and 155 Bishopsgate. We are targeting further growth across new build, cut and carve and major refurbishment projects.
As Director of Commercial Workspace, Martin will lead and support project teams across Project Management and Employer’s Agent instructions. His role will focus on delivering successful outcomes for clients and developing the wider team through direct involvement, mentoring and leadership.
