Ossory Road & Credon House Southwark

Planning has been submitted to redevelop three sites in Southwark.

Ossory Road (2-10 and 14-22)

Bringing two vacant plots back to life as new student accommodation, the Ossory Road development will deliver 465-beds across two new buildings with more than 2,000sqm of workspace on the lower levels, internal and external amenity space, and overlooking Burgess Park, the largest park in the borough.

Credon House

Credon House will provide 26 family-sized homes for social rent across 14 storeys, all with balconies. The new building will provide a rooftop garden and a ground floor play space for children. These areas will provide spaces to meet and connect and foster a sense of community.

The developments have been thoughtfully designed to meet local housing needs and are being delivered to a high standard.

The planning application has been submitted to Southwark Council and is expected to be considered by the planning committee in December 2025.
