Milliners Yard is a new build-to-rent development located in Liverpool’s Fabric District.
Formerly a textiles warehouse, the project involved the fit-out of the ground-floor amenity area and gym, which included bespoke joinery, a custom-designed central island with integrated seating, a cast concrete reception desk, upgraded electrical and plumbing systems.
Stace was appointed to deliver Project Management, Cost Management, Principal Designer for CDM services to Home Group Limited on behalf of Hughes House LLP, on the final phase of the project, completing the fit out of the ground floor area.
