Situated in Central London, Broadwalk House is an office workspace developed by British Land, which has undergone a refurbishment to the third floor, including redecoration, new LED Lighting, and new furniture.
Stace supported the delivery of the project to offer a more vibrant and functional workspace. The project underscores Stace’s commitment to quality, sustainability, and client satisfaction, and it incorporates several sustainability strategies such as the reuse of reclaimed glazing from a nearby site and the retention of materials to reduce waste.
