Home Grown is a private members club for high-growth entrepreneurs, located in the heart of London.
This project comprised undertaking a comprehensive, yet sensitive, internal and external refurbishment of four Georgian Grade II listed townhouses that had been converted into a large single building, to preserve and enhance the heritage asset. The refurbishment took place over five floors with the extension of a new masard roof and restoration of the front facade.
Throughout the project the team used their listed building expertise to preserve the structure, ensuring required due diligence and care was taken at every stage.
Stace delivered landlord Monitoring Surveying and Building Surveying services for our client, The Portman Estate, over a 30-month period, covering the initial due diligence and subsequent monitoring of the works.
