Located in the heart of Southampton, Bargate Quarter is a 400,000 sq. ft mixed-use, regeneration development.
The vision for Bargate Quarter is to reconnect the city of Southampton and create a place where people can truly explore, enjoy, live and learn.
Set on a unique 900-year-old heritage site, Bargate Quarter will deliver 24 premium retail and restaurant units and 5 retail pavilions. Additionally, it will create over 280 homes split across one, two and three-bedroom properties and a 240-bedroom hotel.
These units will be within newly constructed buildings that range from 4 to 12 storeys in height, all set within an elegantly designed public realm.
The complex demolition retained the 800-year-old town wall.
