Located at Thames Valley Science Park near Reading, Shinfield Studios brings a modern film and television production complex over 65 acres of land.
With 18 purpose-build sound stages in a development of c. 1 million sq. ft, the complex also includes 11 workshops and substantial office space. The project was completed over six phases, achieving practical completion in April 2024.
These new facilities will create a substantial and diverse range of employment opportunities and build on the UK’s global reputation for producing world-class content.
The development included an extensive cut and fill exercise to level the site, provision of all new incoming utility services, parking, surfacing, and landscaping.
