One of the largest regeneration projects in the country, Wembley Park is a vibrant and dynamic development by Quintain.
Stace was first approached by Quintain in 2002 to support the refurbishment of the Grade II listed SSE Arena. 20 years on, Stace has provided all of our core services to help create the new Wembley Park community, which attracts over 11.5 million visitors each year.
The residential works make it the largest single-site Build-to-Rent development in the UK.
Our projects include:
• 8,400 homes – private, BTR, affordable
• 660-bed student accommodation (2012)
• Refurbishment of 211,000 sq ft, 12,500 seat, Grade II listed arena (2006)
• New 70-shop & restaurant London Designer Outlet with 9-screen cinema (2013)
• New 361 bed 4* Hilton Hotel and new Premier Inn Hotel (2012)
• Two new multi-storey car parks, and Europe’s first multi-storey coach park (2013)
• New 20,000ft2 BOXPARK outlet (2018)
• Various infrastructure works including 2 new energy centres, district heating networks and new public realm including a park. Winning What House? Best Public Realm 2020 (Silver)
• 150 trees planted
