Station Plaza will provide 103 private residential units in central Hastings, within walking distance of the railway station.
Comprising three apartment blocks ranging from four to seven stories, the development will include 62 one-bed flats, 40 two-bed flats, and one 3-bed flat. Dedicated underground parking for residents and bicycle storage are also provided.
Stace advised on key construction matters including the suitability of the structural reports, as well as insurance matters surrounding the Professional Indemnity and 10-Year Structural Warranty Insurances covering the interface between the existing and the proposed structure.
The scheme is anticipated to be completed in spring 2025.
