Adding 26,000 sq ft of flexible workspace to Storey, this workspace is located at British Land‘s Paddington Central campus.
Comprising a floor-wide strip-out and subsequent Cat B fit-out, the space offers seven dedicated spaces for occupier office accommodation. The fit-out included meeting rooms and kitchenettes, a feature long bar, and library area, and designed to make the most of the natural light and impressive views over west London.
Stace also delivered services to the atrium area, refurbishing a coffee shop, and Cat A works on an additional commercial unit. The project included installation of a lighting system designed by Jason Bruges Studio.
