This 380 unit student accommodation project opened in time for the start of the 2022 university term.
A complex site, the land parcel comprised three separate adjacent sites made up of railway cottages, a recycling centre, and a community centre, with close proximity to the railway line.
The building was designed with sustainability in mind and achieved a BREEAM rating of ‘Excellent’. In addition to the student accommodation, the building also incorporates 251 sq m of community space and 1,236 sq m of office space.
