We hold a number of staff events throughout the year. These have included Summer Gala’s, Christmas celebrations, and partnership updates.
 
In addition, we encourage a social atmosphere and staff often organise social activities local to our offices.

Employee wellbeing is paramount. We offer an Employee Assistance Programme to all employees a Mental Wellbeing app and have a large group of Mental Health First Aiders to support all staff.
