Cassiobury House

We have been working with Tellon Capital since 2019 on plans to redevelop a 1970s, six-storey building by demolishing it and constructing two new, linked buildings.
Planning was granted at the start of 2021 to allow development of c.55,000 sq ft new, high-quality office space, a 168-bed hotel, 86 car parking spaces and 46 secure cycle parking spaces. The taller building will house the hotel and will reach 13 storeys, while the adjacent office building will reach seven storeys, stepping down in height to the rear of the site.
The site is located close to the Watford Junction Masterplan, which will create an exciting and vibrant quarter around the town’s main station. The scheme will readdress Watford’s decline in office stock and help create more local jobs.
Construction is expected to begin in early 2022.
