Our Impact

Broadwater Farm Inclusive Learning Campus is now an innovative education facility, which caters for over 500 children, 20% of which have special needs requirements. Designed by Gollifer Langston Architects, the project was funded by Haringey Council as part of its Capital Funding Programme.

The building spans 63,776ft² across two storeys and includes a hydrotherapy pool and other specialist facilities for children with special needs. Externally there are 150,695ft² of hard and soft landscaping including a water feature, an Amphitheatre, MUGA and soft play areas.

Stace delivered cost management services within a challenging multi-phase programme of works, designed to enable the schools to remain open whilst works were on site. The first stage included the construction of the new primary school building, which would house classrooms for years one and two, a hydrotherapy pool and open plan hall. Phase two revolved around the partial demolition of the existing facilities and delivery of new build classrooms for year’s three to six along with ancillary spaces, office and administration space, gym and kitchens. Phase three involved final small demolition works, landscaping and the creation of external play and community areas.

An “Excellent” BREEAM rating was achieved.
