The scheme involves the construction of two parallel residential blocks and a 12 storey cylindrical tower, designed to mark the entrance into central London along the Cromwell Road. The scheme is constructed over an existing Tesco store which is to be enlarged as part of the development whilst, existing on site social housing is also being renovated and enhanced as part of its incorporation into the development. A key feature of the scheme is a series of public squares and spaces that represent the urban character of this West London and that allow the site to link to important routes and spaces in the area. The scheme incorporates the latest in innovative design and engineering whilst promoting the latest in sustainable design such as Code of Sustainable Homes level 4.
