12 Days of Stace

18 December 2017

As the Stace offices start to wind down, we’ve taken a look back at some of 2017’s biggest successes…

One Office Move

In July 2017, the Stace Cambridge office moved into its new premises, 22 Station Road. Headed up by Cost Management Partner James Darbyshire, the office is currently working on Cambridge Science Park and Girton College, amongst others.

Two Tours

Team Stace went international this year; our football team took the competition overseas in April and the Stace ladies visited the spas of Budapest in October.

Three Company Events

Our Stace events happen three times a year and are a chance to get all of our teams – from Leeds, Leamington, Cambridge, Epping and London – together. This year’s parties and workshops included a Summer Gala at the HAC, an afternoon at the Cambridge Union Society and a Shoreditch Christmas Party.

Four New Arrivals

Stace celebrated four new arrivals in 2017! Welcome to the world Baby Charlotte, Baby Jackson, Baby Amelia and Baby Alfie…

Five % Staff Growth

Back in September, Building magazine released their ranking of the UKs Top 150 Consultancies for 2017. We are delighted to note that our staff rate has grown by almost 5% and our chartered staff rate has risen by over 15% – ten times that of the industry average.

Six New Framework Appointments

Our Partners and bid management team have been busy this year – Stace have been appointed on six new frameworks, including Fusion 21 & British Land.

Seven APC Successes

Eight Conferences

The Stace team attended eight fantastic conferences this year. From MIPIM, Cannes to CIH, Brighton and from REVO, Liverpool to BCO, London – it seems like we haven’t stopped. We look forward to seeing familiar faces again next year and continue growing our knowledge and awareness of the built environment.

Nine GDPR Champions
