A Brace Of Practical Completions

In the last couple of weeks, we were delighted to have achieved Practical Completion on two projects for our client, Meyer Homes.

The first was delivery of a regeneration, mixed use development based in the heart of Fulham. Bishops Gate, is located on the High Street behind a pair of meticulously restored historic gatehouses, with striking architecture combined with beautifully crafted interiors by renowned WISH London.

Comprising stunning homes that combine eye-catching architecture, contemporary interior design and an unrivalled specification. The apartments mirror the enduring cachet, style and appeal of Fulham, and is swiftly becoming a focal point for the area.

We delivered in the roles of Project Management/Employer’s Agent, Cost Management and Client CDM advisory capacity for the development.

The second completion was Gabriel Square, 80 residential units located in St Albans. An award-winning, design-led development, the scheme features external architecture by Benson + Forsyth and interior design by Conran + Partners. The new homes feature smart home control, under floor heating, and offers secure underground private parking and bicycle storage facilities for the residents.

We delivered Project Management/Employer’s Agent, Cost Management and Health & Safety services for the client.
