Breast Cancer Haven, Solihull

05 October 2017

We’re delighted to announce the successful handover of Breast Cancer Haven’s newest centre in Solihull.

The facility, which opens later this month, will provide free support to breast cancer patients and their families, with services including: drop-ins, financial guidance, support groups, a variety of workshops (including cooking classes), meditation and exercise group classes and a massage treatment room.

Breast Cancer Haven, Solihull is now open for staff training, with the official public launch taking place later this month. Lead Project Management partner for the centre, Malcolm Howting says;

“The Solihull centre has been a particularly rewarding project to work on and the Breast Cancer Haven team have all been fantastic to work with. Over the last 12 months we have learnt so much about the incredible work and support the organisation provide across the UK.  Now that the project is drawing to a close, I wanted to take it that one step further and do my bit to help raise awareness. ”

From the 1 – 31 October, Malcolm & his son Edward will be running 2km every day to raise money for Breast Cancer Awareness. Please click here to visit their Just Giving Page and add your support.
