Stace Named Top 40 UK Consultancy

26 September 2017

Stace are delighted to announce that we have been placed Number 38 in the UK’s Top 150 Consultancies, as ranked by Building Magazine.

Each year, Building Magazine takes a snapshot of the UK construction and property industry, compiling data from a wealth of surveyors, developers, architects, agencies and contractors.

The table shows Stace to be the fifth largest, UK only, SME in the Top 150;

  • Our staff base has risen by almost 5% over the last 12 months (against a 3.4% Top 150 average).
  • Our chartered staff base has risen by 15% – 10 times that of the average Top 150 Business (reported at 1.5%). Over 70% of Stace staff are currently Chartered, and our in-house Graduate Development Scheme mean we continue to have a steady increase in Chartered Professionals.

Both our Project Management and Cost Management Divisions have seen a similar positive movement, rising to sit within the Top 20:

Offering a great snapshot of the industry, the partnership is pleased to have been recognised and account our continued growth and success to our team of dedicated professionals, who continue to excel.

Partner Gareth Sinnamon says:

“Although the industry continues to tread water, our focus has always been on the delivery of a quality service which has contributed to our continued growth. Our project teams – and their continued successful delivery of a huge range of high-quality projects – are at the heart of our business. As a partnership, we want our clients to remain confident that they are getting a quality service and our staff to remain happy and supported. Each year we consistently rise through the table, and I think these figures show that we continue to be successful in our ambitions.”
