Huge congratulations to the project team on Gabriel Square, who last week scooped The Sunday Time’s Best British Homes Award for Home of The Year (Multi Unit Scheme).
A development by Meyer Homes, Gabriel Square is a collection of stunning three and four-bedroom houses and two and three-bedroom apartments/duplexes, set around a landscaped garden square; just moments away from the centre of St Albans.
Stace have provided Project Management, Cost Management and Principal Designer services, and the project remains on track for staged completion next year.
Project Management Partner, Simon Hugill comments:
“We are delighted with the award and our continued work/strong relationship with Meyer Homes. Having personally worked on the scheme for seven years – from design concept, through all the planning stages, to launching the marketing suite and show unit earlier this summer – it’s magnificent to witness the quality of the design spring into life. The rate at which the homes are being secured is a testament to the quality of the scheme, and I’m immensely proud of our project team. I look forward to completion and seeing where the next project takes us!”
Stace are working with Meyer Homes at their sites in St Albans, Fulham, Barnet, Hounslow, Hillingdon, Lewisham and Dartford.
