Topping out Ceremony at Ebury Bridge

19 April 2017

Ebury Bridge is a major mixed use development in Victoria, delivering 47 new private residences and a new University Technical College. The works are a part of a major regeneration project between Westminster City Council and Bouygues Development to clear run-down brownfield sites, re-mediate contamination and upgrade the local educational facilities and housing stock for the area.

Last week, Stace joined teams from University of Westminster, Bouygues UK and Mott MacDonald at the UTC topping out ceremony.

The UTC is a new University Technical College, linked to the University of Westminster. The College will provide traditional and vocational courses for students aged 14-19, who are looking for a career within the construction industry. Companies such as Land Securities and Network Rail have already signed up to partner the scheme, which aims to provide real world experience alongside traditional teaching.

Stace are providing Employer’s Agent and Cost Advice services on this major mixed-use development, with a focus on sustainability. The project is due for completion in February 2018.
