Hounslow Development Receives Planning Approval

09 December 2016

Hounslow Council’s planning committee has approved proposals for a residential led mixed-use development of buildings between 2 and 11 storeys.

The former commercial site, being developed by Meyer Homes, will include 293 residential dwellings in a combination of 260 apartments, 19 duplexes and 14 town houses.

The new community will be minutes away from Hounslow East underground station and will offer up to 3,000ft² of commercial floor space, along with 48 car parking spaces.

The scheme will incorporate a new north/south public pedestrian link from London Road leading towards Hounslow East underground station. The new buildings and facilities will be complemented by an innovative landscaping scheme.
