Topping Out Ceremony for John Bradshaw Centre

Named after the pioneering Sir John Bradshaw, today Stace attended the Topping Out Ceremony for Trinity College’s latest technology centre.

Based on the site of Building 184, the John Bradshaw Centre (designed by Aukett Swanke Architects) will offer a total floor area of 40,000ft², across three storeys. Primarily devoted to lab space, the centre will also feature retail units, communal areas and commercial meeting rooms, and will offer a community space for over 500 innovators. The scheme is being delivered in partnership with the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy and Central Working, and is due to open in 2017.

Stace are providing Cost Management services to the exciting new venture and were delighted to be part of the ceremony which, amongst others, was attended by by Dr Jeremy Fairbrother, former Senior Bursar of Trinity College and James Layfield, CEO of Central Working.
