Successful handover at Greenwich Peninsula

16 March 2016

Stace are pleased to announce the successful completion and handover of three residential plots, forming part of the Greenwich Peninsula Development, which will offer a mix of affordable, high-end and high-rise residential apartments.

The redevelopment of Greenwich Peninsula estate, to the south of the O2 arena, will provide the area with over 15,000 new homes, parkland, communal areas, landscaped gardens, leisure facilities and retail units.

Stace are working with Knight Dragon in numerous capacities including health, safety and risk management covering the whole development and interests, CDM-C and, since the new regulations came into full effect in October, Principal Designer. Stace are proud of their involvement and have an important role in influencing how the risks to health and safety should be managed and incorporated into the wider management of the project.

The three plots offer a mixture of private, intermediate and social for rent homes, and are formed of duplex units and two-storey townhouses. They have been built in accordance with the code of sustainable homes, the London Housing Guide and Secure by Design.
