Cathedral Plaza Receives Planning!

22 August 2014

Stace are delighted to report that the proposed project by Salmon Harvester at Worcester’s Cathedral Plaza achieved planning permission on Thursday (21st August). Worcester City Council unanimously approved plans seeking to redevelop the area’s 220,000 square foot shopping centre, first built in 1968. The project, designed by architect Leslie Jones,  intends to improve the overall appearance of the shopping centre by creating a new public square, large shops and additional restaurants. Stace are  providing Project Management, Employer’s Agent and CDM Coordinator services to the project.
