London Road Project shortlisted for Housing Design Awards!

30 July 2014

Stace are proud to announce that the London Road Project was shortlisted for the 2014 Housing Design Awards in the Project Schemes category. The awards, sponsored by Government and key industry professional groups such as the RIBA and RICS, have championed housing design, innovation and neighbourhood improvement since their establishment in 1948. A multidisciplinary team of 16 reviewed a vast number of projects from across the country before compiling their shortlist for just two categories: Project Schemes and Completed Schemes. When making their decision, the panel considered aspects such as build quality and resident experience, as well as the role of local authorities. Congratulations to the Stace team!

About The London Road Project

Stace are working with Spenhill Developments on the London Road Project, designed by notable architects Benson + Forsyth on the former Evershed’s site in St Albans. The scheme will include 80 upper market residential units with lower ground parking as well as a garden square, which will become a key feature to enhance the character of the local area. Construction work is due to begin soon.
