Background

The project is a new build development of a Premier League Football Club First Team training ground and academy. The building provides new accommodation for the entire football operation of the Club, relocating from their existing premises. The building design offers over 100,000 sq ft of world class facilities, providing swimming pool, hydrotherapy pool, medical, gymnasium, offices, press facilities, food preparation restaurant and associated external facilities including 15 football pitches (one indoor) and peripheral training areas on a site of 75 acres.
