Tottenham Hotspur appointed Stace to manage the relocation of existing occupiers and clearance of the proposed site in advance of development works of a new stadium.

Eighteen independent projects have commenced to date within a budget of approximately five million ranging from asbestos removal and demolition to the procurement of new build industrial units.
