Background

Construction of an eight storey high-quality office building (basement – 6th floor) covering an approximate area of 79,000 sq ft situated in central London, behind the Bank of England. Value for money was achieved by studying the building’s original constraints, considering ways to implement existing features into the new building and also ways of using lower cost solutions to fit in with the existing features whilst not disrupting the quality of the finished product.
