Background

This project involved the refurbishment of a multi tenanted Grade II Listed building based in the City of London. The brief included strip out and refurbishment of six floors of office space finished to a high standard for future tenant occupation. The work comprised of a stripping out of the existing cellular offices to a “shell state” and on removal and replacement of ductwork and stripping back of services to the risers.
