The Property Investment Breakfast Club, in aid of the charity Jewish Care, was held on Friday 28th November 2008 at The Sheraton Park Lane Hotel, London which brought together influential people from a variety of property based businesses based in London and the South East.

The guest speakers were two well-respected luminaries in the property industry - Mark Clare, Barratt Developments PLC and Mark Pears, The William Pears Group

The panel was moderated and chaired by Philip Lewis, Preventicum UK Ltd
