As well as people working towards their degree, and those working towards RICS and CIOB qualification, we have staff studying for diplomas, degrees in Law, PhDs, Masters degrees and other professional qualifications.

We have a first-class appraisal and mentoring system to ensure that talented individuals get all the support and attention they need in order to progress.

We believe in being totally open and honest.  If you want to progress - we will tell you what you need to do in order to get there.

We run regular in-house CPD sessions with a variety of media learning tools and guest speakers.  CPD Foundation Passports are additionally available to those who want them.
