We regularly recruit trainees in all our disciplines.

To apply for a trainee role you will need to have three good A levels (preferably including mathematics) or equivalent and be willing to embark on a day release programme to study for the relevant degree. You’ll also need bags of enthusiasm, a passion to progress, and a willingness to be flexible, reliable and a team player.

We welcome trainees from any background so even if you have a degree in a non-construction related discipline, we may be able to find you a role.

You will need to study further, to give you a grounding in construction, but if you’re looking for a career change then Stace may be the answer.
