You will need to be:

 - Expecting, or have, a 2:1 or higher in any discipline
 - Commercially aware and capable of working with

 - An excellent communicator, both verbal and written

Non-Cognates

 

We take on non-cognate candidates who can prove their dedication and determination to succeed in the field. If you are a non-cognate wishing to pursue a career in Project Management, Quantity Surveying or Building Surveying you must be prepared to study part time for the relevant degree which will normally be a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Building Surveying or Quantity Surveying, but this depends on which discipline you are interested.
