GRADUATE PROJECT MANAGER – EPPING
An enthusiastic and confident Graduate Project Manager wishing to develop their career in Project Management is required at our Epping Office. You will work on a variety of construction projects, encompassing all of the technical aspects of a Project Management role.
This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate to work towards their APM qualification. The ideal candidate will be degree qualified in Construction Management (or related degree) and preferably with a minimum of 1-2 years post graduate employment history. Candidates must possess a professional approach to work, excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients, contractors and consultants and preferably come from a Consultant / Client background.
PROJECT DIRECTOR - LONDON
A highly professional and self driven Project Director is required at our London office. You will be responsible for encompassing all of the technical aspects of a Project Management role whilst managing other members of staff of varying technical ability; therefore you should have excellent management skills and the ability to motivate and develop others. Key aspects of the role include developing and maintaining the relationship between new and existing clients, controlling fee applications/remuneration to ensure profitability of schemes and the ability to deputise for a Partner where appropriate.
The ideal candidate will be degree qualified (preferably RICS accredited) with an extensive proven Project Management track record in property development and construction at a senior management level. Candidates must possess a professional approach to work, excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients, contractors and consultants and preferably come from a Consultant / Client background.
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER – LONDON
An ambitious and proactive Senior Project Manager is required at our London office. You will be responsible for the planning, management, co-ordination and financial control of a variety of construction projects.
The ideal candidate will be degree qualified (preferably RICS accredited) with extensive experience in property development and construction. Candidates must possess a professional approach to work, excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients, contractors and consultants and preferably come from a Consultant / Client background.
QUANTITY SURVEYING
We are currently reviewing our resource requirements within our Quantity Surveying division and would welcome applications for the following positions being considered:
Senior Quantity Surveyor
A Chartered Surveyor (MRICS or equivalent level qualification) with an extensive proven track record of encompassing all of the technical aspects of a Quantity Surveying role. The ideal candidate will also have specific high end residential and/or listed building experience.This role will include managing people, therefore candidates should have excellent management skills and the ability to motivate and develop others.
Quantity Surveyor
A degree qualified Surveyor (must be RICS accredited) with a proven track record of encompassing all of the technical aspects of a Quantity Surveying role. The ideal candidate will be MRICS qualified and preferably with a minimum of two years post graduate employment history, specific high end residential and/or listed building experience and excellent communication skills. The role is likely to involve the management of junior members of staff and therefore candidates must be keen to develop their management skills.
Graduate Quantity Surveyor
An enthusiastic and confident individual wishing to develop as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor. The ideal candidate will either be near completion of a RICS accredited Quantity Surveying degree or recently qualified and preferably gained work experience within this profession.
If you are professional, flexible, focussed, self-motivated and proactive with excellent organisational skills, then we want to hear from you. Ideally you should have retail and commercial experience of working with clients, contractors and consultants and preferably PQS experience.
Successful candidates will be expected to join the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and to meet the minimum competencies required to sit the Assessment of Professional Competence for Quantity Surveying.
