Professional motivation:
Property has been a passion from a young age. I come from a construction background and became fascinated with buildings and the diversity of property and construction. This passion and fascination still remains and when we as an industry get it right being part of shaping our built environment for the next generation and generations to come is something special.
Main areas of expertise:
Cost Management and Construction Contracts. Since joining Stace in 1991 I have gained experience and expertise on a varied selection of projects in the mixed-use, office, retail, residential, health and sports and leisure sectors. I currently have responsibility for several major appointments including the new Tottenham Hotspur 1st Team Training Centre and Academy. I have particular expertise in construction contracts and dispute resolution.
Ambitions and insights:
My ambition is to play my part in the continued success and growth of Stace and increase our contribution to our industry. To ensure that we maintain the high standards we have set for ourselves and to continue to grow and develop the services we provide. I believe that innovating and continuing to challenge and adapt to the market, will be the key to our success in the future.
