Professional motivation:
I enjoy solving the challenges that face construction and property professionals and the satisfaction of delivering a difficult project to a happy client continues to motivate me after all these years. I am fortunate to be part of the continuing development and management of a first class practice working in and around the greatest city in the world.
Main areas of expertise:
Building Surveying and Post Contract roles in Contract Administration and Employer’s Agent. I have a diverse range of experience from working in many sectors of the industry and different faculties of the profession, including Cost Management, Project Management, Building Surveying, demolition, bomb damage and Asbestos related matters.
Ambitions and insights:
I now particularly enjoy inner city development work – helping clients create new buildings from existing space. Watching young people join Stace and develop into experienced professionals is a pleasure – we are proud of our people and will always give something back.
