Wide range of Cost Management experience across a range of industry sectors including retail, education, sport, leisure, health, custodial, residential and commercial office projects. Particular expertise in cost benchmarking, building contract procurement options and in resolution of building contract disputes.
Ambitions and insights:
I enjoy the fact that as cost managers, we have a key role to play for clients in the management of risk and in influencing project designs with the intention of adding value. In delivering our services, we are obliged to understand our client’s business as well as we do our own business; this helps us align our goals and objectives, and ultimately success, with that of our client’s.
