Professional motivation:
My motivation is providing clients with a ‘trusted business partner’ approach driven by a desire to make a difference. I enjoy working closely with my clients with the goal of developing further long standing relationships.
Main areas of expertise:
I am commercially minded with over 20 years experience. Involvement is often early pre-contract and can include establishing funding for both private and public clients. I am involved with many clients, including financial institutions, developers and blue chip private clients in the delivery of complex projects on a daily basis. In the public sector I have worked on projects ranging from small education projects to a college in which we secured the largest funding percentage & capital contribution as of March 2011. I continue to work with public clients in order to get the most out of the limited available funding.
Ambitions and insights:
I have a special interest in community and sustainable ideals and I am a fellow of the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce and an active member of the social initiative ‘Incredible Edible’ alongside the current Chair of the Forestry Commission.
