Professional motivation:
I was keen to enter an industry which was practical, and involved a degree of problem solving together with a constant challenge and learning curve. The ever evolving design and construction process continues to provide a professional stimulation and focus which I hope will lead to a track record of successful project delivery.
Main areas of expertise:
Having undertaken a Development Management role as a Client for 10 years I understand the requirements and pressures of such organisations. Accordingly, I have been involved in preparing a number of PM development processes for our Clients whilst also providing PM support. Prior to rejoining Stace in 2006 I completed an extensive fast track leisure roll out, and have since concentrated on delivering a number of major mixed use developments.
Ambitions and insights:
My ambition is to build on our reputation to deliver projects successfully. I would like to continue to be involved in high profile, challenging and technically complex projects in the future. I have a particular interest in the benefits of regeneration schemes, and am currently involved in a number of projects which form part of the regeneration of Wembley for Quintain Estates and Development.
